Caseificio Pratichiera is a family-run business nestled in the Parma countryside, where tradition, livestock farming, and a passion for quality come together every day. We produce Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and other traditional specialties, which you can purchase both in our store, directly from the cheesemakers, and online with home delivery.

Discover the Pratichiera Monolatte

Monolatte Pratichiera is our unique milk cheese: made from the milk of our cows and matured over a long period of time (over 24, 30, and up to 44 months). It's crumbly and grainy, balanced between sweet and savory when younger, while with aging it develops a more pronounced flavor with notes of spice and dried fruit, an authentic expression of our short and traceable supply chain.
