Stewed lentils

Ingredients: 500g lentils, 1 litre of water, 2 celery stalks, half a clove of garlic, salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation: Pour into a pan, preferably earthenware. Add the water, celery, and garlic: cook for about 40 minutes. When almost cooked, add salt and raw olive oil. Serve with toasted garlic bread croutons and olive oil.
