Mustard prepared artisanally with only mustard, sugar, and the finest candied cherries according to the ancient Cremona tradition.
Ingredients
Candied cherries, sugar, glucose syrup, mustard flavouring. Colourings: E127. Preservatives: potassium sorbate E202, sulphur dioxide (E220) as residue.
Pairing
Excellent with boiled meats. Try it with aged cheeses too.
