Mustard made artisanally with only mustard, sugar, and the finest candied fruit according to ancient Cremona tradition.

Ingredients

Mixed fruits in varying proportions (apricots, peaches, mandarins, cherries, plums, pears, figs, pumpkin, citron, melon), sugar, glucose syrup, mustard flavoring. Coloring: erythrosine. Preservatives: potassium sorbate, sulfur dioxide (as residue).

Pairing

Excellent with boiled meats. Try it with aged cheeses too.
