Description

Ingredients
Water, Pecorino Romano DOP cheese 40% (sheep's milk , rennet, salt), Corn starch, Black pepper (EU/NON-EU origin) 0.5%, Emulsifying salt: E331, preservative: sorbic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid .
Pairing
Ideal on pasta (bucatini, spaghetti, tonnarelli). Try it with risotto too.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, refrigerate and consume within 5 days.
