Tomato Sauce with Porcini Mushrooms

Recommended for hot use, ideal for tagliatelle and pasta in general, excellent with polenta. Add a handful of 36-month-aged Parmigiano Reggiano Pratichiera to taste.

Ingredients: Tomato puree and pulp, acidity regulator: citric acid, dried porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and its group), onions, olive oil (compound of refined olive oils and virgin oils), traces of garlic and parsley, salt and sugar.
