Right of withdrawal form

On this page, you can easily exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods. The system will display the products in your order; please note that, for consumer protection and based on the nature of our handcrafted products, the legal exclusions provided by Article 59 of the Consumer Code apply.

Products excluded from withdrawal:

The following food products cannot be returned:

• Sealed food products opened after delivery (Art. 59, letter e - Hygienic and health protection reasons): All cuts of Parmigiano Reggiano DOP and Monolatte Pratichiera (of any aging, from 12 to over 85 months), as well as artisanal cured meats (Culaccia, Fiocco di prosciutto, Strolghino, Coppa, etc.) shipped vacuum-packed, cannot be accepted for return once the original protective wrapping or seal has been opened, punctured, or tampered with.

• Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (Art. 59, letter d): Fresh dairy products and food items that strictly require maintaining the cold chain or have a short shelf-life that would not allow for safe return shipping.

• Custom-made gift packages (Art. 59, letter c): Baskets and personalized selections assembled at the explicit request of the customer.

Products eligible for withdrawal:

You can freely proceed with a return request for:

• Objects and Accessories: Cheese dishes (in stoneware, glass, or maxi), tear-drop knives, graters, freshness-saving boxes, and gift bags, provided they are perfectly intact, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Long-life products still sealed: Balsamic vinegars, compotes, and pantry products, exclusively provided that the cap seal or the external protective packaging is totally intact and has never been tampered with.

Note: As stipulated in our general terms and conditions, the direct costs of shipping for the return of eligible goods are borne by the customer. Once the request is sent via the button below, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with a receipt of the withdrawal declaration on a durable medium.
