The product

Culaccia® is an exclusive product of Salumificio Rossi, a registered trademark. Invented by Riccardo Rossi many years ago, it is the best and most prized part of the ham, boneless, shankless, and trimmed.

It's processed and aged in an extremely natural way, not stuffed or manipulated. It produces little waste, and its shape allows for consistent slices from start to finish.

It is soft like Prosciutto, sweet and fragrant like Culatello.

Whole Culaccia® should be stored in the cellar, or in a cool, humid place. Once slicing begins, it is recommended to store it in the refrigerator.
